These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lehighacrespainting.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Lehigh Acres Painting. By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide exterior house painting services, including stucco painting, pressure washing, soffit and fascia painting, garage door painting, front door refinishing, pool deck painting, driveway painting, wood fence staining, and color consultation. All services are subject to availability, scope, and an in-person inspection.
Free estimates are provided in writing after an in-person property inspection. Verbal estimates are non-binding. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices may be revised if the scope of work changes, conditions differ from those visible at inspection, or material costs change before work begins.
Our flat-rate exterior pricing of $1.99 per square foot (regular $2.99) includes paint and labor for standard surface preparation and two coats of premium paint. Add-ons such as extensive prep, repairs, multi-tone work, additional surfaces, and elevated access are quoted separately. The advertised sale ends August 31, 2026.
Payment terms are stated in your written estimate. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards. A deposit may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion and walk-through approval.
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor. If paint applied by us peels, cracks, or fails due to faulty application within 12 months of project completion, we will repair the affected area at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from acts of nature, settling, structural movement, hurricane damage, surfaces not painted by us, or normal wear.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled work hours, move or protect personal property near the work area, disclose known issues (lead paint, mold, structural damage, HOA restrictions), and provide working water and electrical access for the duration of the project.
You may cancel or reschedule a project up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit any deposit paid. Weather delays are rescheduled at no charge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages from us, including appointment confirmations, project updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Lehigh Acres Painting or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
